is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Creative Safety Products
which has nearly thirty years of experience working
with children and communities in the areas of Child
Safety, Fire Safety, Substance Abuse Prevention, Character
Development and related subjects. We are best known
for our Officer Phil and Firefighter Phil Programs.
 Millions
of children in twenty states and thousands of cities
and towns have participated in our school-based presentations
and used our printed materials. Our programs employ
both technology and dramatic arts (including robots,
puppets, magic and ventriloquism) to educate through
entertainment.
It
was our continuing work with children and families that
led us to identify the need for a safe and efficient
way for children to reach their families in time of
need.
